you regarding interpretation of union codes
- Reviewing storyboards,

preparing contracts for celebrities, sports figures, print models, and
photographers on your behalf

preparing contracts for the usage of cartoon characters, stock footage,
and music
- Handling all 21-month
"maximum period of use" (MPU) talent negotiations for union
commercials
- Researching talent,
photographers and original music (Master and Sync rights), and negotiating
stock licensing fees
- Assisting with
the network clearance of commercials
- Arranging a union
signatory for many SAG and AFTRA contracts
- Advising you on
how to complete talent contracts and prepare them if necessary
- Notifying you at
least six weeks in advance of holding fee due dates and use cycle end
dates
